Where are the products located?
To provide you the lowest product and shipping costs possible, Products are stored in three locations. They are located in two warehouses in the United States and one is in Poland.
What are the shipping options?
Shipment is normally done, depending on your location, by USPS by Global Express or Express Polish Post.
You may order shipping by Federal Express.
Corona Virus update! Due to travel restrictions imposed by Polish government and by the European Union, shipments from Poland to the United States and Canada will take longer than usual. Shipment to Australia is by Federal Express only. You make ask for shipment by Federal Express, .
Do I get a tracking number?- Absolutely! You get a tracking number the same day your product is shipped. You may track your order by clicking on "Track Your Order" that is located in the top menu bar.
When will I receive my order? - Your products are normally shipped within two business days of the time your payment clears. Thereafter, deliveries to Europe take about 5 days. Deliveries to points outside Europe take 5 to 21 days. The packages normally leave Poland either the same day or the next after we give them to the courier. The final delivery time, however, is dependent on the speed of processing by your country's entry point.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay? - You may have to pay taxes or fees at the point of entry into your country. Those, of course, vary according to country. And due to the many combinations, permutations, continual changes and interpretation by individual customs inspectors, we are unable to give you a reliable answer. Please check your country's regulations.
What do I do if I never received my order? - We recommend that you track your order regularly using the "Track Your Order" link in the menu top bar. If it seems delayed, contact us. We will follow up to track where your order is and make sure it gets to you.
