Shipping policy

Shipping Point - Our main office is located in Warsaw, Poland. Products are shipped from warehouses in Poland and the United States.  Since inventories in each location are dynamic, each product listing tells you from which location it will ship.

Handling Time- Regardless of location, your products are shipped within two business days of the time your payment clears.

Shipping Service - Standard shipping is delivered in your country by your local post operator, ie. USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc. You get a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package.

Tracking Number - You get a tracking number the same day your product is shipped.

Delivery Times - Products located in a US warehouse are shipped only to US addresses.  Delivery times are about 2 days.

Deliveries from Poland to Europe take about 5 days. Deliveries to points outside Europe take 5 to 21 days. The packages normally leave Poland either the same day or the next after we give them to the courier. The final delivery time, however, is dependent on the speed of processing by your country's entry point.

Shipping to Australia

Standard shipping is not currently available to Australia. So we ship only by courier, mainly Fedex.

Shipping by Fedex to remote areas in Australia, Canada and United States

If you live in a remote area please check out this list of zip codes for which there is an additional 22 USD charge on top of your courier shipping rate. You will be asked to pay this additional charge after you place your order. We will notify you in email how to make this extra payment.
