Regardless of how much you order, the shipping cost is always $10 with three exceptions. Some ship free, some resistance soldering category items and deliveries to Australia ship by Fedex which is more expensive.

Most products are shipped from Warsaw, Poland. Some are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. They are shipped within 2 days of your order

Delivery times depend on your location are generally 5 to 21 day from the time of your order.

You get a tracking number.

Buyer Protection

You have protection on a couple levels.

First is our concern for our reputation. We do whatever we have to do to make things right. In that we include free, unlimted technical support and help. In the unlikely event something is damaged or does not work as advertised, we replace it at our cost.

Second, you get a tracking number for your package immediately after shipment.

Third, the payment services that process your payment provide you protection against lack of delivery and/or products not being as described.

But we step in before you get to this. You get tracking numbers and we track the order as well, stepping in if something goes wrong.
